We are currently on the lookout for an Online & Consumer Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a driven Online & Consumer Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across New Zealand. If you love sales, have a knack for organisation, and enjoy working with premium fitness brands, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Online & Consumer Sales Management

  • Consumer Brand Specialist for Hyperice, Les Mills, TRX, Concept 2, and other premium fitness brands.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all websites are up to date, optimised for SEO, and provide the best user experience.
  • Process online sales orders and manage online store operations.
  • Process orders in MYOB and manage payment reconciliations and refunds.
  • Pack and prepare labels and freight schedules for NZ.
  • Organize consumer stock and label for couriers.
  • Manage all customer pickups.

 Customer Service & Sales

  • Managing walk-in enquiries & sales
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, including freight issues, missing orders, and product information.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by delivering expert advice on our product range.
  • Redirect commercial sales inquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Manage sales across online sales channels, including Shopify, AirNZ, TradeMe, and in-store retail sales.

 Showroom Management

  • Ensure the showroom is always presented to a high standard.
  • Display and price all accessories correctly.
  • Provide exceptional service to all walk-in customers.

 E-Commerce & Sales Channels

  • Keep stock availability updated on Shopify TradeMe, and other sales channels.
  • Note arrival dates for out-of-stock products.
  • Maintain and update product listings on all platforms.

 Product Expertise

  • Become the go-to specialist for Hyperice, Les Mills, TRX, Concept II, and other consumer fitness products.
  • Stay up to date on competitor products, understanding the fitness landscape.
  • Work closely with supplier managers to stay informed on product developments.

 Database & Commercial Sales Growth

  • Manage and expand our consumer and commercial customer database.
  • Proactively generate sales through telephone and in-person prospecting.
  • Prepare quotes for the Sales Manager.
  • Potential for the role to grow into Commercial Sales Support and Commercial Sales.

 Warehouse & Installations

  • Assist with product organization, inbound and outbound logistics as required.
  • Support commercial and consumer installations when needed.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for health, fitness, and premium fitness products.
  • A customer-first mindset with great communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service.
  • An understanding of Shopify, MYOB, and TradeMe (or a willingness to learn!)
